Pros

the coworkers are absolutely incredible. Cannot work past 6 pm (amazing for work life balance until you realize it is because they don’t wanna pay OT)

Cons

The company used to be great. With the amount of negative changes happening almost weekly, it is impossible to be happy here. The execs are automating and outsourcing a majority of our work to inefficient and underpaid departments/processes which not only lowers our pay, but also completely shatters employee morale. We are deemed as completely replaceable, not to mention we are completely underpaid and undervalued for the amount of work and stress that goes into this job. A lot of Team leaders and managers are also highly unprofessional which is never acceptable in the workplace. i guess this slips through the cracks of HR due to the amount of favoritism in this company. i literally couldn’t stress enough to stay away from this job. Again, it used to be a great place to work, but it’s just headed toward complete chaos. To top it off, after a department meeting explaining how more of our accounts will be automated (which means less income for us) they sent out a link to redeem a free gift….. NDR branded swag. What a joke.

We are disappointed and saddened that your experience at NDR was not representative of the work environment we strive to create. Our Human Resources team conducts regular roundtables with employees in order to collect feedback and is always looking for actionable ways to enhance our employees’ experience.
