Pros

The work was interesting. The managers were good as they listened and were available. There was always a lot of work to do.

Cons

The work was made more complex than necessary. Quality Control had too much power and influence and thereby reduced production as they kept everyone on pins & needles They also were frequently wrong, which wasted everyone's time. Mandatory overtime was OK until it got to 15 hours a week or more.
