      Pros

      The benefits (PTO, salary, bonus, etc) are great at Nat Gen! The leadership team have a genuine care for all their staff and encourage open and honest feedback.

      Cons

      It's not really a con for most, but if you don't like change this isn't the company for you. The company is constantly improving it's overall IT and Telecom practices to help operate as efficiently as possible. Given this, there is always some type of changes going on.

      Everything, very under paid for the amount of work. They made certain employees salary this year to avoid overtime, yet you cannot mean expectations without working OT. Expectations are too high for the amount of work. Some teams depending on your location are not getting as much but if your working west coast do not even consider. When I stared in 2021 almost every person from the training group was gone by 6 months. If you don't want extreme stress don't work here.

      Remote and has benefits (healthcare, 401K etc)

      Cons

      The company struggles to retain workers so you end up having way more responsibilities and unfortunately the pay does not account.
