Great environment, bad pay

Pros

Work life balance is amazing. Benefits outside of pay are great. Low stress work environment.

Cons

The pay for software developers is far below the industry standard. The raises are less than inflation. Recently bought by Allstate and were told we would get a nice raise. Only got a new title, no change in pay.
