Pros

The people are nice. Everyone at least tries to keep the team in that "we're a family" mentality. PTO is really relaxed. Real attempt at a positive work/life balance.

Cons

Yearly raises are under inflation. The higher ups play favorites. Takes years to promote within, but will give more work to employees who do well with no incentive to take on extra work.
