      Pros

      Great pay and perks. Love the people I work with.

      Cons

      The work load is insane! They are constantly hiring and losing people in mass quantities. People quit because the workload is to much and the workload is to much because they can't keep people. It's a vicious cycle. Those who do well just get buried in more work until they quit.

      The benefits are good and the coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Metrics are unobtainable, you will be grilled on your metrics and flooded with work, you are dispensable, not enough staff, your phone will ring 50 times a day & You will get 15-20+ new claims a day, all the positive reviews are from management

      Worked as a project manager in the IT area. Fast paced, somewhat chaotic, great place to grow for people with experience.

      Fast paced, somewhat chaotic. :). Not for the faint of heart. Leader support varies like anywhere else. Pay could have been better.
