Pros

Really good team and a manageable workflow of claims. Managers weren't too overbearing and expected you to do your job. Benefits were fine.

Cons

Claims system is pretty bad and not user friendly. Makes doing the job more efficiently hard.

Downtown is nice, free coffee.

This company is focused on short term profits, they would much rather have a client pay twice as much for the same product with a different company. "Dont sell out of your own pocket" is a common slogan on the sales floor. If your a customer go elsewhere, if your an employee and have ethics and want to do what's best for your client,,,,, RUN!!!!!! Training is a joke, , watching You Tube videos and gossip were the trainer's specialties. She trained in home insurance, never sold it , never owned a home,,,,, its a joke.
