      Great insurance , Good hours.

      Cons

      Horrible management, treat employees like children. No respect from leadership. Mandatory OT. Not a good place to work if you are looking for good pay. Growing within the company is not easy. If you want to get treated like a human don’t work for this company. Allstate bought out the company and they now micromanage everything you do. They want to know what you do for 8 hours and you have to put in daily how you spend your time. They say they care about your mental health but they don’t. They don’t care about anything except your productivity. If you care about your mental health then find another job. You will be better off going to another company.

      Work from home, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Adjusters can work 60 hours a week and never catch up. The work load is incredibly heavy and not much is done to offer adjusters support. Difficult to maintain any work life balance.

      Pros

      Considering the cost of living going up the pay isn’t terrible, however should be better.

      Cons

      The training is terrible, work load is terrible, the process of handling claims are terrible and unrealistic. The wage of pay should be better due to the lack of training and figuring things out for yourself not to mention never ending phone calls that you have to answer or be penalized EVEN though you are being productive and working on different task.
