Pros

NONE They offer your standard health, pto and holidays off. Nothing special compare to other companies.

Cons

Mandatory 8 hour shifts over the weekend ( 1-2 times a year) Too Much work, impossible to keep up without doing overtime. Management micro manages you. Negative environment If you take time off or call off sick, You will play catch up High turnover rate. Your training class will be with like 30 people and only 10 will make it pass 6 months. You gotta plan your PTO in advance, good luck trying to do something spontaneous or trying to take a mental day

Pros

You are able to work from home.

Cons

Unfair work/life balance. Management is atrocious. The work environment does not encompass fairness and quality of service. They completely operate against their mission statement. Their metrics system is completely unfair. It's as if they do not care about their customers or their employees. There is little opportunity for growth. Calling on a supervisor for help? Forget it. They rarely respond to you. Trying to get the customer to their claims handling adjuster? Forget it. The adjsuter will not respond or answer phone calls leaving you to bare the brunt of the customer's anger and frustration. You will be overworked and underpaid. Your call audits will be unfair. I am tired of seeing this trend of bad companies. People are just trying to do what they can to survive and take care of their families. You have companies like NatGen serving as a barrier for many people to do that. The company's infrastructure is not much to speak of either. They neglect many of the basic principles needed to create a healthy and stable work environment and experience. It's okay if you want a career change but not for longevity.
