Pros

Some nice people! Average Benefit package.

Cons

It is the usual stress level and workload for an experienced Claim Rep. High turnover in the lower ranks translates to many files that should have never been in litigation (problematic through process). They deny claims inappropriately, in my opinion and file Decs on their own insured's, as a Practice.
