Pros

Absolutely awful experience. Please consider the negative reviews from both customers and employees. If you are desperate for work, take the job but keep looking.

Cons

Apply elsewhere. I found better employment with a different insurance company.

Pros

Benefits are great, pay is fair, and training material is available.

Cons

The work place is not healthy (hostile work environment). The trainer/instructor who taught the course was very unapproachable and made new hires feel like burdens when asking questions. Grading structor for 'test' is not graded appropriately and if score is not reached the score is not disclosed. Final paycheck and documents are not provided on termination. Very ruthless environment with so much pressure to meet appropriate goals in little time.
