Pros

They pay for your course, they pay you to study, and they pay for your exam (at least 2 times) and get you licensed in a very large majority of states in the nation. No time wasted after getting the license, and immediately get put to work with trainers available to help during every step of the way.

Cons

Some trainers might not know their stuff. Remote work is very impersonal. If not meeting requirements and constantly getting sales, you WILL eventually get pushed out of the job. Commission for each sale is peanuts compared to anywhere else.

Pros

Management was fair. Work hours were assigned. No travel necessary. Work from home.

Cons

Currently merging with Allstate. Lots of employees have expressed anxiety with possible changes to work duties and positions.
