Pros

Great PTO, if you are a great worker you will move up, and work from home.

Cons

Horrible pay raise incentive, new hires make more money than senior workers, and then they leave after three months. You get stuck taking care of not only your work but the new hire that just started to get the training, then go for a better company and better health, finance (401k sucks, and other insurance benefits).
