Pros

Fully remote Decent PTO with the ability to purchase an additional week Some good coworkers

Cons

The micromanaging is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. As a salaried employee, you still have to write out and account for every minute of every day and submit it every week and if you fail to do so then you will get written up. And they will review what you entered and nitpick why you spent a certain amount of time on something and you have to explain yourself. The annual “raises” are a joke, this year it was 1.5%. Management says they value feedback but don’t ever want you to speak your mind even though they’re the first to critique every single thing you do. That’s just one of the many things wrong with this place
