Pros

Working from home is always nice. They do try to set you up to stay in the company. Nice coworkers. As for the managers it’s who you get. The company gives good PTO and benefits. They try to get you involved with the company groups, but with the work load there is no time .

Cons

High level detailed oriented fast paced work. Must have people skills and thick skin. Specific attention to detail with paperwork for documents on files annd enough acumen to deal with and attorneys. Pay needs to be more and if you are salaried they expect you to work. Overwhelming work load-standard with insurance.
