NatGen is motivated to provide a work-life balance for it's employees and ensure that all their needs are met. Management cares about everyone under them and thrives to keep a great relation through an increasingly digital work environment.

Cons

Leadership awful, lack of integrity and training. Managers clique up and even if you’re a top performer if one manager does not like you none of them do. It’s like a cult. Supervisors gossip with their peers. Overall messy atmosphere and very unprofessional.
