Pros

They have robust training for new employees. The company was recently purchased by Allstate, so positive workplace changes may have been made.

Cons

The salary is low compared to the average offered in the state. Some departments encourage employees to not communicate with each other outside of lunch. It stifles communication between coworkers and creates animosity in the workplace.

Pros

Natgen is a winning organization through and through from the training, licensing and screening teams, the IT and HR departments, the leaders and all the members of the organization are all wonderful people. They really do care at Natgen.

Cons

The only con I have for this company is taken away the earlier shifts.
