There are no pros. If you are a new developer this might be a great place to learn.

Cons

Bad Infrastructure, Employees including Management are complacent, and because of employees being complacent the company can't update or become current.

Absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Senior management and IT leadership are just pawns. You will be treated like a number and be walked out if you recommend new approaches.

Pros

Co-workers and employees are great. We spent so much time together everyone became good friends.

Cons

Lack of vision. They were so eager to bring on new clients they weren't ready with the new systems causing a ton of system issues, along with under valuating the amount of staff required to clear the back logs. This put all teams on mandatory 15+ hours OT for 4+ months.
