Pros

They have 3 options for healthcare, 2 high deductible plans and 1 co-pay plan. The health insurance is a little on the expensive side. The company gives 5 hours of PTO for every 2 full work weeks of 80 hours. You can front load your PTO, but if you are over, then you have to pay back what you used. Management is friendly and personable.

Cons

The company offers a program to provide ideas of how to strengthen the company or streamline processes, however, your idea has to pass through management. The company is very strict with procedures. Some departments limit your ability on how much you are able to grow within that position. Training in some departments is non-existent, you rely on your co-workers to help train.
