      Great people and management. High turnover for sales agents due to nature of the job.

      Calls center for sales agents. Lots of calls.

      Offer lots of trainings and additional trainings throughout your employment. Can get discounts to events/theme parks.Management is supportive.

      Cons

      The way they gain leads is just as grimey as any other lesser known insurance company. You’d have to put in a lot of hours to make the amount they claim. Some managers micromanage.
