Pros

Remote Opportunity Pays for Licensing which helped me change my life Great benefits - health dental pto etc. Company backed by Allstate

Cons

Constant threats of termination Terrible compensation on commission- I would use this position to get your license and maybe get some experience and then jump ship to find better opportunities that pay better because THEY ARE OUT THERE!!!! The management will constantly belittle you and threaten you because you are just a number to them. Also don't have kids in your house because even if you have a baby sitter or a husband at home to watch them, they will still threaten your job!

Great training, room for advancement

Cons

Massive workload, low margin for error, management plots against you, poor synergy between departments, poor ethics, they are constantly training your replacement
