      Shawn Lynch is the biggest con. A leader with no compassion. Regarding the Small Business Group Medical Sales. You are only judged by your sales numbers. Amidst COVID, I was fired even though I had top call and quoting volume. This is a niche health insurance product that only a small percentage of businesses will rate well with and eventually purchase. If your business is 75% male, in their 30s and in great health, they will rate well. The majority of businesses will not. You really have to be lucky to be able to be successful here. Skill set not important at all. Your efforts and work ethics mean nothing. Just bottom line sales numbers for a product that the majority of businesses will not end up rating well with, and subsequently won’t close on.
