Pros

Got more experience in customer service and in Microsoft Office Products makes you more marketable for similar jobs.

Cons

I spent the first year or so pretty happy with this job until we started working from home not long after that things that we were allowed to do like go into UOPA to use the bathroom was not allowed. We literally weren't allowed to take a bathroom break or a break to drink water outside of our legal breaks which was super frustrating. The calls were so non-stop if you didn't drink water while in UOPA you would have the most dry throat afterwards. There were also super strict on absences I broke my collar bone while working there and I was terrified they were going to terminate me the entire time I was on medical leave.
