Pros

Some very kind people, lots of socials/office parties, very clean and new facilities. A fast-growing company with care given to all new employees.

Cons

Sometimes there was not enough work to fill the day, and would have to repeatedly ask for new assignments. Tasks as intern were somewhat limited by lack of adjuster's license.

Pros

NatGen is a great company to work for. They make employees feel like the job they do contributes to the overall company. I work with all levels of employees and feel that when I am speaking with everyone, there is no difference between entry level all the way up to Directors, VPs, etc.

Cons

Hiring process could be streamlined
