Pros

Local management always had our back. The location was good and traveled against the flow of traffic so it never took more than 30 minutes to get home from work.

Cons

Everything required a process. If there wasn't a process couldn't see beyond the end of their nose. To make a large payment took 5 members of management. No one could just make a decision.
