Teams are very tight - even working from home. Pay is competitive

Cons

No work /life balance. Mandatory overtime for non-exempt workers. Exempt workers do tons of uncompensated overtime. Company culture is antiquated Employees are put in verbal, written, and final too easily. They talk about wanting to retain employees but actions do not reflect this
