So many system problems, when cross trained you never know what to expect because there are different guidelines for different products. Try doing different lines of business. You may take a call about auto, maybe about home. Maybe farm insurance. Who knows? When raises come around, good luck. And another thing, they like to surprise you with forced calls by changing your phone status while not in available status.
