      They are buying up so many companies you won't have to worry about a job

      They are buying up so many companies there aren't enough people to do all the work. They do not value their employees

      Pros

      I made 93k last year and was in training until April. If you are motivated and know how to sell this is a great job. If you can't deal with stress you should choose another career path.

      Cons

      Working every other Saturday most of the year. Also management loves to micromanage, which can be super frustrating when your there 50 hours/week

      Pros

      pay was good - but earned pay before National General bought prior company out.

      Cons

      They protect contractors more than full time employees. They don't try and retain hard working people, they would rather get cheap contractors who don't care about the company. and are there only short term till they find full time. Supervision is poor. HR is poor. Insurance plan poor.
