Pros

They pay you. That is about it.

Cons

They just pull more and more away from you and expect higher reaults. The longer you are with this company, the less money you make. They take more and more away. When you get on managements bad side then it is over for you.

Pros

Convenient location. Office environment. National Brand. Marketing drives inbound calls. Public company. Great benefits. More than generous PTO and holidays.

Cons

Call center environment. Lunch is only 30 minutes. Very little "personal time" allowed in the work week. It seems they have flooded the sales floor and the call quality and volume have fallen off. Also, management seems to be attempting to find ways to limit the ability to consistently make commission.
