Pros

Benefits, PTO that’s it really

Cons

-stateside is becoming sloppy seconds - “retention bonuses” are bogus - they won’t hire referrals - micromanaging - fraud is swept under the rug and you are expected to let it slide and be complacent

Pros

If you have zero claims experience, they will give you a chance

Cons

Pay sucks, no bonus structure for lower levels including management, and in an industry where work from home option is standard, they make all entry level employees work in office for one year. Claims is a grueling industry, the small things make the difference such as autonomy.
