      We have some very knowledgeable folks in key positions and great Executive Management.

      Pros

      IMHO, They try to be current in their benefits and culture, but they fall short to a lot of other companies comparable to their size. You do get to work from home due to the pandemic, but when things get back to normal - it could change.

      Cons

      IMHO, There is too much micro-management of senior developers. IMHO, There is little room for data developers to be creative and develop at a fast pace. Even in a DEV environment there are many restrictions on what developers can do. IMHO, The code and data at this company is so scattered due to many years of predecessor contractors creating a Hodge podge of systems and solutions.
