Low level managers are sneaky, cutthroat, and lack integrity. The reviews that say this job isn't for everybody mean it's not for those with self-respect or those not easily brainwashed.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a lot of the proper planning and communication to prepare for the company's growth. Benefits are not very good and are very costly.
