Pros

Free coffee, occasional pizza, they pay and take care of all licensing, coworkers are cool

Cons

This was a wild ride from start to finish. Only about 1/2 of the new hires make it through onboarding, then management expects you to hit the ground running after training and start making the same number of sales as agents who have been on the floor for months. Natgen is a fast-paced, large, corporate environment constantly looking to grow and if you’re not helping their numbers, they’ll let you go so they have room for people who can make the numbers. You’re basically on “new hire probation” for a solid 6 months and they’re constantly demanding mandatory overtime and Saturdays. Turn over and burn out is insanely high. Leaders will literally walk up behind you or sit at your desk if you’re not there to look at your computer and make sure you’re “available” for calls. Your personal time to pee or grab free coffee is literally tracked down to the second. Leaders micromanage and will talk down to you. I’ve heard one leader ask a coworker “what is wrong with you?”.... favoritism is a real thing here. favorites get promoted and don’t get micromanaged as badly. not to mention there are clients who get on the line and treat you sub-human just because it suits their mood.

Pros

18 days of pto, trust me you need it!

Cons

Training is horrible, everything is shoved down your throat. Systems are always down. You are under a microscope, and micromanaged. The work load is unrealistic.
