Pros

Decent salary, great location (downtown Cleveland). There are no other pros, but I have to reach a minimum word count.

Cons

Everything. The system is horrible. Slow and impossible to use at times. The claims system is archaic and needs to be replaced. The work load is impossible to keep up with while still servicing the customer. This company is not customer friendly as nothing is streamlined and consistent. There is no drive to change the direction of the company and good associates are leaving in droves. Little to no training.
