      Good People; Relaxed Dress code

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for growth; Pay is sub-par but adequate for the industry. Office is extremely crowded with cubes thrown in every possible nook and cranny.

      Pros

      This company has a lot of room to grow and a team environment that pushes you to be your best without beating you down with unreasonable goals.

      Cons

      You spend 95% of your day on the phone and you will get a lot of angry people. I think that should be expected since you are dealing with people who have been in car accidents. Also the work load is very demanding, but the rewards are worth the work load.
