Great opportunity to gain extensive industry knowledge. Can be very competitive.

Cons

Poor management, very dishonest senior managers fail to be honest with c-level managers. "Good ol' boy club" prevents positive and healthy work environment. Witness good, hard working staff being let go for being honest.
