Pros
1. We get paid. It's not much, but it is consistent. 2. Company polo shirts. 3. Meeting new people.
Cons
1. Fake optimism abounds. The current management says "NGIC is a market leader and growing" and then we watch as the whole insurance industry laughs at us as a joke. 2. Horrible employee morale. We are currently surrounded by management that share the credit for the horrible employee morale. Nobody cares anymore. 3. No job security. The current management's actions show us that this is not a long-term job. Sadly most employees are always looking for another job.
