Pros

It is easy to be smarter than the management team. CSRs need college degrees but management doesn't. Some lie and say they do but we know better.

Cons

Most employees smarter than the management team but we have to follow them, in a bus, over the cliff. Is anyone listening? Where are the owners that invested in this?

I couldnt see many, since your told you can be fired for just about anything. I was fired do to a no call no show because I was admitted into a hospital due to pregnancy related issues that im currently having.

Cons

No guidelines, you have everyone trying to run this company, the supervisors, vp and others even step into roles of HR. If you have another offer on the table for a job go with it. DO NOT WORK FOR GMAC. very high turn over rate. I over heard plenty of times floor leaders laughing at who they just got fired for personal reasons and more.

- Collegial environment, with friendly & active group of people - Many opportunities for growth and innovation - Good location, many interesting things to do nearby - Easy to get in contact with upper management, and low amounts of red tape - Many interesting and non-standard avenues of business to explore

Cons

- In the throes of modernization, but many old systems & hardware are still active. Many employees have to learn outdated or unusual techniques to do their job properly. - Lack of standardization in some business practices can lead to confusion
