Pros

none-find a company that you can grow with, learn and love your job, with out sacrificing yourself and your family.

Cons

workload is unbearable, merit increases are negligible -do not cover cost of living--if, any increase at all. There is no HR dept. There is no feedback and no thinking "out of the box".

With the size of the organization there is great deal of opportunity and exposure in many areas that you wouldn't get at a large top 5 carrier. The management team is in synch and we have clear direction.

Cons

Technology is improving but needs some more work.

1.) Decent Salary 2.) Still have several management folks who care about the employees and a job well done 3.) Still offered 401K and benefits

Cons

1.) Open door policy means to agree with management and if for some reason you disagree, it must be presented a very positive manner 2.) Share your thoughts and ideas….only if they are the same as management and HR 3.) Work longer hours – even if you are an efficient employee, you need to work just as long or longer than the co-worker that takes all day to do half of what you do 4.) Perception, Perception, Perception…it’s all about the perception
