Pros

I have been here almost an year. They challenge you and you work hard but at the same time you also have fun at work. Management wants you to be creative and productive but they take care of their employees and you really enjoy working. It's very hard to find companies where your hard work is recognized, you are respected for your efforts and you enjoy working with your manager and team as well. The leadership and HRVP always positively influence the people and culture!

Cons

Sometimes work politics is disturbing but that's probably everywhere.

Pros

Finally starting to value employees, small company-size means more agility and an entrepreneurial culture. Worked here close to a decade and am now at a point where I could recommend a friend working here - hasn't always been that way. Management isn't big into titles and values opinions of smart people at all levels of the organization.

Cons

Home office is in NYC and culture there is very different than in field offices.
