Pros

Friendly and approachable staff.

Cons

Bad management. Health insurance covers just yearly preventative visit outside of very high deductible. All other medical care requires either 10% or 20% payment out of your pocket, unless you choose a high monthly premium plan. New employees are met with self assembly of work computer having to request access for everything standard. Non-stop computer problems and IT is not much help. HR ignores calls. This company has many offices and your employment location can change any day if management so wishes. Your commute does not interest them.
