Pros

Fully remote. Most management is awesome. Generous PTO. Ability to make up work time during the week if you have an appointment but don't want to use PTO. Enjoyable work. Calls to agents and carriers but no customer service. Ability to move up if desired. 401k and pension. Choice Dollars to use on your paycheck toward your choice - health insurance or your 401k.

Cons

Health insurance available, but it's the usual expensive premium for whole family coverage. No monetary bonuses. Pay is okay, only gets better with promotion. Some team mates are dead weight or don't follow procedures, creating more work for the better performers, with little repercussion. A lot of work going offshore. Too little time in the day to get procedures updated as needed. Recent RIF has left a feeling of unease for those who are left.
