Pros

Experience entirely depends on leadership and co-workers. Work culture can be fun and encouraging depending on leadership. Pay and benefits are decent, Could be a nice place to work to gain industry knowledge or if you just need a stable job to get by.

Cons

Ever since the acquisition from Allstate, many cuts have been made in terms of pay, opportunity, and general sense of workers-interest has gone. Do not expect bonuses or reasonable tenure raises. Multi-billion dollar company (Allstate) loves to boast about profits in your internal emails but don't seem to have the money to respectfully pay their employees and it goes to show what their interests are. There are other companies that pay more for the same job.

Pros

Work from home is available

Cons

-typical 52 hr work week -you always end up working saturdays -you’re forced to read a script. If you deviate from the script they penalize your income
