Cons

They cater to the people that ask the dumbest questions and do not provide coaching. They will fire you at the drop of the hat for no reason. No security whatsoever.

It depends on the department but great management. No micromanagement. Great compensation. Generous PTO starting out.

I honestly cannot think of any and no the company did not ask me to make this review. These are my honest opinions based on my department. Other employees from other departments may feel differently.
