I enjoyed the people I worked with. The people you work with make it fun and I was very sad when I decided to leave.

Cons

Very stressful environment, you are not trained appropriately once you are on the floor. Be prepared to be left out in the dark because management creates very unrealistic goals.

Co-workers very nice and helpful, bosses were great.

Cons

Your are only allowed to do what your job description is. I am a legal assistant but can do more than HIPAA forms and follow-up and I was not allowed to further my skills which were getting stale. Too much "corporate" interference.
