      Pros

      The benefits were very good and the salary was competitive. Also I reported to a very professional individual.

      Cons

      The expectations of senior management were unreasonable.

      Pros

      There is no best reason to work at NGIC.; that is unless you enjoy being screwed over by your employer. People leave this company daily. Some don't even have jobs to go to they just want to get out to have their sanity!!

      Cons

      When first hired you were given false expectations as to the workload and the company culture. There have been people lowballed on salary so badly that the company was forced to give a 12-15% increase to be in line with their peers.

      Pros

      Working downtown in the warmer months is great. You get a pay check every 2 weeks

      Cons

      I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Well the the higher ups in this company have asked the managers to post good reviews on this site. Guess this is why this company has 2.5 stars. So that should tell you all you need to know about this company. This is the MOST unethical company I have ever seen. HR is a joke. I'm surprised the DOI has not shut this place down. Like everyone else has stated the systems are horrible. Management are managers and not leaders. If you are desperate then take a chance, otherwise save yourself the frustration. It's no coincidence most reviews are horrible.
