      Pros

      If you like that sort of work, it's great; GEOINT really isn't something you can do anywhere else, of course.

      Cons

      Most non-clerical employees have to put in a year working rotating shifts. It's terrible. Some people do ok with it, some people just don't. Middle and upper managers tend to make decisions that are best for their status and career. The employees who actually have to live with it are generally consulted in a perfunctory manner once the decision has been made.

      Nice facilities, travel opportunities are good in some sections.

      Cons

      Little management support, Cannot trust co-workers. Still cannot find a direction for the mission.
