Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

The most awful place you could ever work. Top managers totally corrupt. If you are not their personal drinking buddies expect them to plot against you. Work performance was an after thought. They were uninterested in high performance. It was 100% plotting and politics.

Pros

Important work. National/global reach and impact. Good pay depending on experience. Esteemed, smart, hardworking colleagues.

Cons

Pushing technology and big data over traditional analysis and solid tradecraft. Leadership expects and heaps too much on analysts.
