Pros

- Great facility/location/amenities - Supportive leadership gave me lots of autonomy (just my experience, though)

Cons

- Mediocrity is ignored, leaving the rest of us to pick up all the slack - Change is slow and difficult to implement; lots of hoops and settling for good enough

Pros

The incentives available as far as free education, benefits, and schedule flexibility are definitely some of the best reasons to work here.

Cons

The agency is young in comparison to others and is experiencing growing pains.
