Pros

National Grid is a great company to work for! As someone who isn't as experienced as some, the culture here makes it easy to learn and ask questions. The GDP program is also a great way to help newer hires learn about what National Grid does and how we live by our values.

Cons

Communication could be improved between senior leadership because sometimes their idea of a project goal/change doesn't some across clearly.
